ITD single-use liquid handling system consists of three main components: mixing tank, drive unit and control box. The system design is based on bottom-mounted magnetically coupled mixing technology to deliver optimum low-viscosity liquid-liquid mixing and solid?liquid mixing. Eliminating the need for mechanical shafts and seals and the design of ceramic bearings and beads enableminimum particle shedding and leakage risk. The design features also make it easy for bag installation. Size ranges from 50L up to 2000L and other volume is available on a custom basis. ITD can be integrated with loadcells, in-process pH and conductivity control, temperature monitoring and control and data records. You can also configure hardware design for your specific mixing applications. The bottom of the mixing carrier is designed with a 1° slope which enables easy drain and a low hold-up volume. The ITD family is suitable for a wide 
range of process scenarios such as buffer preparation, media preparation, intermediates hold, virus inactivation and final formulation.
