Its effects are similar to those of dexamethasone, with stronger anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It is 20-40 times more potent than hydrocortisone and can be used to treat various skin diseases, joint pain, and allergic rhinitis, inhibiting various inflammatory reactions. It is a short-acting hormone drug. Triamcinolone is currently a widely used long-acting glucocorticoid drug in clinical dermatology in China, also known as Triamcinolone Comfort Relief, Triamcinolone Comfort Relief, Kangningkong, Kangnaolei Cream, Kangnaok-A, it belongs to adrenal cortical hormone drugs, being a derivative of Triamcinolone Acetonide (Comfort Relief), with effects similar to Chemicalbook's Triamcinolone Acetonide, having anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-pruritus and vasoconstrictor effects. Its water and sodium retention effects are weak, while its anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects are stronger and more persistent than hydrocortisone (10-30 times) and prednisone.
