【藥理作用】本品具有廣譜抗菌作用,對革蘭氏陰性菌的作用強于革蘭氏陽性菌，對密螺旋體也有較強作用。其抗菌機理為抑制菌體的脫氧核糖核酸(DNA)合成。對仔豬黃痢、白痢，犢牛腹瀉、副傷寒，禽巴氏桿菌病、雛雞白痢、雞大腸桿菌病等均有效。
